    • Enabled the logging of calls to Queues and Ring Groups as “missed” in desk / soft phones – see (9) in Figure 3.5 here
    • Two new service codes added: #421 to enable Follow Me, and #422 to disable Follow Me
    • Added support for filtering voicemail grid by user column
  • Desktop Softphone – version: 3.0.43
    • Inbound call configuration can now be managed from the Settings panel
    • Voicemail configuration can now be managed from the Settings panel
    • Follow Me configuration can now be managed from the Settings panel
    • Users can now log in and out of Call Queues from the Settings panel
